Xu Ke Yi, an accomplished manager, brings her artist Gao Jun Yu to a resort for a New Year's Eve performance, hoping for more than a professional relationship. However, disappointment follows. While seeking solace by the beach, she encounters Hou Hao, a silent observer who provides much-needed warmth and comfort. Also at the resort are long-married Song Xiao Ke and Chen Bin Bin, with two children. Song Xiao Ke, a successful career woman, contemplates divorce due to Chen Bin Bin's idleness. However, they maintain a facade for the sake of their family. Chen Bin Bin, filled with remorse, strives to win her back.
